Christoph is an Ayurvedic practitioner based in central London. Christoph’s first exposure to Ayurveda was during his yoga teacher training with Saul David Raye in Venice, Calif. in 2009. Subsequent annual visits to India for Panchakarma treatments as a patient meant Christoph “experienced the power of Ayurvedic medicine first hand, seeing himself and others benefitting greatly.” Christoph was especially intrigued by witnessing the reversal of early stage chronic diseases using Panchakarma treatments, often combined with yoga and meditation. Christoph began his Ayurvedic studies in 2016 with SAMA (Swiss Ayurvedic Medical Academy). Most of the training programmes were conducted by resident doctors at Arya Vaidya Chikitsalayam & Research Institute, a 120 bed hospital which offers classical Ayurveda treatments in Coimbatore, India. After completing this foundation module (over 1,000 hrs) in 2018, he transferred to the College of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy in Milton Keynes, enrolling in their full time post graduate diploma program for three years. In parallel, he completed levels 1, 2 and 3 of the European Institute of Vedic Studies (combined around 1,800 hrs) taught by Atreya Smith and Dr Joshi. After five years of full time study, Christoph looks forward to working with clients. At the moment he offers online consultations only. Please email for an initial free video chat.
