Join the APA for the upcoming webinar: Ayurvedic Psychology and End-of-Life Care: Integrating Ayurveda and Indian Music Therapy for Emotional Wellbeing by Dr Shubham Kulkarni

Mental and emotional wellbeing are central to health at every stage of life, including during serious illness and the end-of-life journey. Ayurveda offers a unique understanding of the mind through the concepts of doshas, gunas, consciousness and the mind-body connection.

In this webinar, participants will explore Ayurvedic perspectives on psychological wellbeing and common emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression and grief. The session will also examine the role of Ayurveda in palliative and end-of-life care, highlighting how it can support emotional, spiritual, and existential wellbeing during times of profound transition.

Drawing from clinical experience and case studies, Dr Shubham Kulkarni will demonstrate practical applications of Ayurvedic principles in mental health and end-of-life care. The webinar will also introduce Indian Music Therapy as a complementary approach and explore how music can be integrated with Ayurveda to enhance emotional balance, comfort, and quality of life.
