The APA strongly believes in research and has initiated a research project, AMRIT.
About the APA
The APA is a non-profit, voluntary register for Ayurveda within the UK. The APA maintains a register of Ayurvedic professionals in the UK who are bound by the code of ethics set by the APA and have full insurance to practice.
Studying Ayurveda
The APA is a professional association and not an accrediting body of Ayurvedic courses. We are aware that there are many courses available, which offer training in Ayurveda, however it is outside the scope and ability of the APA to audit the courses available either in the UK or abroad.
Executive Comittee
The APA Executive Committee is made up of volunteers who generously give their time and expertise for the benefit of the association and Ayurveda. They are elected biannually.
