The APA is pleased to present a webinar: 'Ahimsa Today - Cultivating Inner Harmony & Awareness Now' by Maya Tiwari.

She creates a circle for discussion and learning the heart-transforming practice of Ahimsa. In this session, we will set our personal intention to cultivate Ahimsa as inner medicine: “I am awareness” and “I choose to live in Ahimsa” to awaken the innate power of loving kindness to self and all.

The speaker is Maya Tiwari.

Maya Tiwari is an outstanding spiritual leader and teacher who has been praised by the Parliament of World Religions for her global work in fostering wellness, peace and inter-faith understanding.

The founder of Wise Earth Ayurveda education, Maya is also an acclaimed author and an ovarian cancer survivor at the age of 23. Belonging to the ancient tradition of Veda Vyasa, India, Maya walks a simple, accessible life in service of all. Her powerful podcast, Women’s Power to Heal Mother Earth, reaches thousands of listeners.
