World Ayurveda Day

Thanks to everyone who travelled to London to join the APA to help celebrate World Ayurveda Day.

With delicious food provided by OMNOM London, Sanskrit chanting led by Nikki Slade and a unique gong-bath finish from Jon Kwan.

Thank you for being part of this unique event which took the celebration not only into our hearts and souls but the ether to spread Ayurveda on the autumn winds.

We are delighted to invite you to be part of a celebration of Ayurveda for World Ayurveda Day on 26th October 2019.

About this Event

As the seasons change join together to help celebrate Ayurveda with sound, food, laughter, debate and friendship.

The APA invites you to consider and share your thoughts and comments on a path for the continued growth of Ayurveda within the UK as the question is shared:

What is Ayurveda in the UK today and how can it be used by anyone working towards a healthy balanced life?

Celebrations will open with delicious vegetarian food to celebrate the harvest and spices to soothe Vata.

Contributions are invited in the form of thoughts and expertise in finding a path for the continued and expanded practice of Ayurveda. Please consider and come prepared to share.

We will continue with the sound of Sanskrit chanting offered by Nikki Slade and will end as we are bathed in sound with a unique gong-bath lead by Jon Kwan. Be part of this unique event as we take the celebration not only into our hearts and souls but the ether to spread Ayurveda on the autumn winds.

Join the APA in a continued mission to increase not only Ayurveda within the UK but the power of healing and increased connection when we work in unity towards greater understanding and connection with all health providers.

This event is open to all interested in their health and well-being.
