I help people to better understand the many layers that contribute positively, or negatively, to their holistic balance. Through the deeper messages of the Ancients of Ayurveda, I show how their unique holistic makeup will determine their response and reaction to everything in life. This allows them to self-govern, become much more responsible for the management of their balance, and thus less reliant on others. I provide a bridge between ancient Vedic wisdom, and modern life's dilemmas, and facilitate adjustments in people's eating habits, lifestyle choices, and relationship with themselves, and others, as well as their understanding of the metaphysical aspects of life. My very singular delivery of Ayurveda translates the more confusing aspects of Ayurveda, such as Sanskrit terminology, into modern speak, thus allowing more people to benefit from the profound wisdom of Ayurveda, without becoming disillusioned, and confused. I bring clarity to those who have become too 'fixed' in their their approach to health through the paradigm of both modern science, and the newer, elite offerings of the hugely profitable wellness industry. My main aim is to help people to evolve, and revel in lifelong self inquiry.
