Christoph is a fully qualified Ayurveda practitioner and insured member of the Ayurvedic Professionals Association (APA).

He began his Ayurveda studies in 2016 with the Swiss Ayurvedic Medical Academy. Most of the training programmes were conducted by resident doctors at Arya Vaidya Chikitsalayam & Research Institute (AVP), a 120-bed hospital which offers classical Ayurveda treatments in Coimbatore, India. After completing this foundation module with comprehensive exposure to manual treatment techniques in 2018, he transferred to the College of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy in Milton Keynes, enrolling in their full-time postgraduate diploma program for a further three years.

His dissertation was a systematic review of several Rasayana drugs historically used in preventative health care. In parallel, he completed all levels of the European Institute of Vedic Studies. After five years of full-time study, Christoph conducted his clinical studies at SDM College of Ayurveda and Hospital in Hassan, India.

Christoph’s first exposure to Ayurveda was during his yoga teacher training with Saul David Raye in Venice, CA, in 2009. Subsequent annual visits to India for Ayurveda treatments as a patient meant Christoph 'experienced the power of ayurvedic medicine first hand, seeing himself and others benefiting greatly.' He was especially intrigued by witnessing the reversal of early-stage chronic diseases using Panchakarma treatments in clinical settings, often combined with yoga and meditation.
