I offer my clients consultations to determine where Ayurveda can support issues of imbalance through dietary and lifestyle changes as well as make recommendations for herbs as medicine and physical therapies. The latter includes support through yoga as well as offering traditional Ayurvedic therapies such as abhyangham, pinda sveda, shirodhara, nasyam and other support practices to restore balance both physically and emotionally.
