Given my mental health background (retired NHS psychiatrist), my special interests are depression, anxiety and sleep disorders and also digestive problems according to Ayurveda knowledge.
I have completed the Maharishi Ayurveda Integrated Apporoach to Psychosomatics (Mind and Spirituality), Phase II Maharishi Ayurveda Postgraduate Course for Health Professionals and I am currently completing a course on Maharishi Ayurveda Marma Therapy. This learning will further develop my Ayurvedic Skills to manage people with depression, anxiety and sleep disorders, including also digestive problems.
